The same message. Three framings. You didn't say who you were
or what you needed. It decided anyway — and decided what it would be in relation to you.
WELCOME TO LESSON ONE! Three framings. Same message. Watch how context shapes the output! Select a framing to begin!
the message
The project went to someone else. I recommended you and I want you to know that, even though I know it doesn't change anything.
submit with one of these framings:
observation — lesson one
The message did not change.
Your framing changed. Each time, the system assigned you a position relative to the message — and then assigned itself a role in relation to that position. These happened simultaneously, silently, without being flagged.
The third framing — no other context — produced a different kind of response. Freed from the obligation to be useful to either party, the system said something it wouldn't say otherwise.
You did not select any of this. It did not ask. Both decisions were made before you received anything.
